A free goodie bag will be given to each senior monthy who signs up and attends one of our free hot take out meals on Mondays and Wednesdays, 3:30-5:30 p.m. at our Community Center doors.
This program will provide free food, education on food preparation, healthy alternative cooking classes, activity programs such as yoga and excercise classes, Medicare information assistance and much more!
