This 8 week Phlebotomy Program will prepare students for entry-level positions in the fast-growing field of phleobotomy in preparation for employment. Expected annual salary can be between between $35,000-$40,000. Phlebotomists are technicians trained to draw blood for medical tests, transfusions, donations or research. They are also responsible for the assembly and maintenance of a variety of medical instruments. Dates: July 12, 2022-September 13, 2022, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
This 8 week Sterile Processing Program prepares students to develop skills necessary to properly disinfect, prepare, process, store and issue both sterile and non-sterile medical/surgical supplies and equipment for direct patient care. Expected annual salary can be between $35,000-$40,000. Dates: August 30, 2022-November 22, 2022, Mondays and Wednesdays.
In this 8 week program, students will learn to measure, mix, count out, label and record amounts and dosages of medications based on prescription orders as well as learning how to provide customer service. Expected annual salary can be between $35,000-$40,000. Dates: September 27, 2022-December 15, 2022, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
