Senior Circle Nutrition Program: Free to all Seniors!

A free goodie bag will be given to each senior monthly who signs up and attends one of our free hot take out meals on Mondays and Wednesdays, 3:30-5:30 p.m. at our Community Center doors.

This program will provide free food, education on food preparation, healthy alternative cooking classes, activity programs such as yoga and excercise classes, Medicare information assistance and much more!

Do you provide care in your home for a loved one with a memory impairment? This free program at Gerard Place offers social companionship, meaningful activities and active engagement in a safe place so care partners have an opportunity to socialize and tend to their own healthcare needs.
