Howard J. Berman Award

Gerard Place was honored to receive the 2015 Howard J. Berman prize.  Named after the former CEO of the Lifetime Healthcare Companies (parent company of Excellus BlueCross BlueShield & Univera Healthcare), the prize is awarded to community based, non profit organizations that pursue local initiatives to improve access to healthcare regardless of ability to pay and quality of life for those in need of support and services.
